Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services, with over 500 locations across the US and Canada. We are a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. At our Arvada location, we focus on providing high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive and positive environment. We are seeking experienced Licensed Estheticians for a long-term role in a stable, busy environment. Our estheticians are crucial to creating an outstanding customer experience, and we provide all supplies and book appointments so you can focus on the client. We offer ongoing education through Education on Demand platforms and a culture that values diversity and inclusivity, feeling like a second family. Our expanded menu includes advanced skincare treatments like Dermaplaning, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Professionals can build repeat business with our membership model.
Requirements
- Must be an experienced Licensed Esthetician
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
