About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 600 locations across the US and Canada, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. At the East Liberty location, estheticians can focus on their passion for skincare, helping guests feel refreshed and revitalized. The spa fosters a culture of diversity and inclusivity, with a team atmosphere described as a second family. They are seeking a Licensed Esthetician for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment, offering high-quality, result-driven facial treatments including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans for clients, utilize a membership model to build repeat business, and are supported with appointments booked and supplies provided. Ongoing education is a significant focus.

Requirements

• Strong retail and in-treatment upgrade record
• Must carry liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
