We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Licensed Esthetician to join our award-winning team. Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Esthetics License in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional esthetics experience in a spa, luxury spa, wellness center, or med spa environment.
- Proven training and working knowledge of: Customized Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Brow Waxing & Shaping.
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, product ingredients, and customized treatment planning.
- Ability to confidently evaluate skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
- Experience contributing to quarterly performance goals and retail sales through client education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a team-first mindset.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and evaluate clients' skin concerns and goals.
- Develop customized treatment plans to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
- Perform professional skincare services including: Customized Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Microcurrent Treatments, Extractions, Advanced skin-refining treatments.
- Perform brow waxing and shaping services with precision and attention to detail.
- Recommend professional skincare products and customized home-care routines to support long-term results.
- Educate clients on treatments, products, and skincare regimens.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the spa.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized care.
- Contribute toward quarterly performance goals and retail sales through education-based recommendations.
