Our spa offers a peaceful retreat for travelers and locals alike, with a focus on personalized service and holistic treatments. ‍ Position Overview We are currently seeking a professional, licensed Esthetician to join our Spa team on an on-call basis . This role is perfect for a skincare professional with a passion for wellness and client care, who is looking for a flexible schedule in a beautiful, serene environment.

Requirements

Current Esthetics License in the state of Oregon (required)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to reliably commute to or reside in Astoria, OR.
On-call availability is essential for this position.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 year of spa or esthetics experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to up sell retail products
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Knowledge of spa software systems a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

Perform professional skincare services including facials, peels, masks, extractions, and other treatments based on individual client needs
Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
Provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for each guest
Promote additional services and retail products in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Communicate clearly with Spa and Front Desk teams about scheduling, guest preferences, and treatment outcomes
