About The Position

Hand & Stone Frederick-Westview is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. The role focuses on providing skincare treatments, creating customized long-term treatment plans, and building relationships with clients. FGG Spa, LLC, a franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operates over 60 locations and prioritizes putting people first in its company culture. The Esthetics program offers high-quality, results-driven treatments and incorporates the latest advances in skincare. Estheticians are encouraged to educate clients, promote routine visits, and recommend post-treatment homecare to help clients establish a skincare ritual.

Requirements

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Carry Esthetics liability insurance
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
