Estheticians are expected to educate clients, encourage routine visits, and recommend post-treatment homecare to establish a "skincare ritual" rather than just a facial.

Requirements

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

Responsibilities

Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
