About The Position

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, results-driven skincare services, building client relationships, and helping clients develop long-term skincare routines. Estheticians educate clients, recommend customized treatment plans and homecare, and provide a welcoming, helpful experience. The position includes hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality services and provide an excellent experience for guests and members.
- Design and recommend progressive treatment plans and homecare regimens based on each client's skincare goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Meet sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
