Estheticians are expected to deliver a high-quality client experience and help clients work toward their individual skincare goals. The position is with an independently owned and operated franchisee, which is responsible for employment decisions and terms.

Requirements

An active Esthetics license in the state where the employee is working.
Esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Perform top-level services and provide a world-class experience to guests and members.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on each client's skincare goals.
Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Achieve sales and performance goals outlined by spa leadership.
Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
