Requirements
- Current Florida Esthetician License.
- 1+ years of professional esthetics experience required; 4+ years preferred.
- Current professional liability insurance (or the ability to obtain coverage before your start date).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for skincare and continuing education.
- Positive, professional, and dependable.
- Comfortable recommending memberships, retail products, and service enhancements.
- Reliable evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial services and advanced skincare treatments.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans, home care, and professional products.
- Educate clients on skincare and help them achieve long-term results.
- Recommend memberships, retail products, and service enhancements based on client needs.
- Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards.
- Participate in team meetings, education, and training opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
