About The Position

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Licensed Esthetician at Aesthetics at Augusta ENT, an established facial aesthetics medical practice in Augusta, GA. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and an outstanding team of Licensed Estheticians, PAs, and Facial Plastic surgeons. They offer a wide variety of services including Botox, fillers, PDO threads, chemical peels, micro-needling, Platelet-rich fibrin treatments, hair restoration, facial laser treatments, ear piercing, and facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Requirements

• Active Georgia Esthetician license and Cosmetic Laser License in good standing.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial waxing.
• Proficient with computers and accurate client charting/documentation.
• Strong customer-service, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on clinic products and services.
• Perform a range of aesthetic procedures including IPL, laser skin treatments, clinical facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, and facial waxing.
• Prepare treatment rooms.
• Change linens between clients.
• Support team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional suite and clinic environment.
• Build and retain a client base.
• Assist social media with content and local marketing events.
