The role focuses on providing high-quality, results-driven skincare treatments and building client relationships. Estheticians are empowered to make client facial appointments a positive experience through innovative services, customized treatment plans, and a focus on client education and homecare recommendations. The company, FGG Spa, LLC, is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operating over 60 locations across 8 states, with a core culture of putting people first.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Esthetics liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
