About The Position
Hand & Stone East Brunswick is hiring Licensed Estheticians to provide skincare services and help clients feel confident in their skin. The role focuses on delivering results-driven treatments, building client relationships, educating clients, and recommending long-term treatment plans and at-home skincare regimens tailored to individual goals. Estheticians participate in training and are expected to meet service, sales, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Esthetics liability insurance.
- Adherence to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
- Follow state and local licensing laws and regulations.
- Provide a high-quality client experience by performing services at a top level.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on clients’ individual skincare goals.
- Create a positive experience with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Achieve sales and performance goals established by spa leadership.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
