About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring experienced, motivated Licensed Estheticians for our Weston/Davie and Sunrise-Sawgrass locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, sales-oriented esthetician who is passionate about skincare results, client relationships, and building a loyal book of business. Our top estheticians do more than perform an excellent facial. They provide strong consultations, recommend appropriate treatments and products, prebook clients, and build repeat business through exceptional service. We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and motivated to grow a loyal clientele. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Schedules are based on guest demand and business needs, and reliable attendance and agreed availability are required.

Requirements

• Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Esthetician license
• Minimum of two years of hands-on facial experience
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Confident recommending treatments, upgrades, and skincare products
• Comfortable working toward service, retail, prebooking, and retention goals
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow a loyal clientele
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, peak spa hours, and some holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional, results-driven facial treatments
• Conduct detailed skin consultations
• Recommend services, enhancements, and treatment plans
• Create personalized home-care routines
• Recommend professional skincare products based on client needs
• Educate clients about long-term skincare goals
• Encourage every client to prebook their next appointment
• Build repeat business through excellent service, follow-up, and referrals
• Maintain accurate client notes and service records
• Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional
• Work closely with the front desk and spa team
