About The Position
Hand & Stone is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized, results-driven facial treatments and skincare plans. Estheticians provide an excellent client experience, build relationships that encourage repeat visits, and educate clients about treatments and products that support their skincare goals. The spa offers services and advanced modalities including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians can participate in service and product training, workshops, webinars, brand and modality certification opportunities, mentorship, and leadership development. The role emphasizes client care, professional growth, and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Hold an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
- Be able to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
- Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management.
- Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas.
