About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to work as a Wax Specialist at its North Tucson location. The role focuses exclusively on waxing. Experience is not required; the company provides an extensive training program and paid training. Wax Specialists perform full-body waxing using EWC’s Comfort Wax, deliver personalized guest experiences in line with brand standards and service techniques, and educate guests about service frequency and aftercare products. They work toward individual and center performance goals and participate in ongoing training. The employer is a family-owned business with three locations in the Tucson area.

Requirements

Hold an Arizona Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
Be willing to wax exclusively for the employer.
Be able to excel in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
Be motivated to learn and grow.
Have an energetic personality and a desire to build genuine relationships.

Responsibilities

Perform full-body waxing using EWC’s Comfort Wax.
Deliver a personalized guest experience using EWC’s brand standards and service techniques.
Educate guests on service frequency and aftercare using EWC products.
Meet or exceed individual and center performance goals.
Participate in ongoing training sessions.
