The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for exercising safe working practices, cleaning BHS areas and equipment, and complying with Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and electrical equipment, including motors, electrical circuits, SICK ATR systems, baggage handling equipment, and conveyor systems. The electrician will prepare and execute service calls, report service calls internally and to the customer, and advise on and execute optimization of (sub) systems. Responsibilities also include analyzing system performance, monitoring systems from the Control Room, controlling and proposing improvements for the quality of the service process, and developing service supporting tools. The role requires performing Preventive Maintenance, following up on CM work orders, un-jamming conveyors, researching and requesting spare parts, performing inventory counts, and completing CMMS Service Reports, Parts Usage, and Warranty Records. Excellence in customer service is also a key aspect of this position.
