About The Position
Generator Supercenter, Inc. is the nation's leading provider of home standby generator systems, specializing in innovative energy solutions for homeowners and businesses. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Licensed Electrician to lead electrical operations and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of their installations. This position plays a key leadership role, supporting the project lifecycle from review and inspection to job site troubleshooting and performance testing.
Requirements
- Must have previous electrical experience, some on-the-job training is available
- Must Hold a Journeyman Electrician or Residential wireman license.
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- AC and DC electrical experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Pull wire, bend conduit, install and wire up electrical devices
- Trace wiring and troubleshoot problems
- Assist in load-testing generator packages
- Assist in other phases of preparation and setting of power generation equipment and products such as trenching, piping, mechanical components, and civil assembly for setting power generation packages
- Read wiring diagrams
- Perform proper installation of all electrical equipment required to complete fabrication of projects (i.e. brackets, conduit, wiring, end devices, panels, etc
- Be proficient with measuring and electrical testing equipment
- Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
