Requirements

Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License
Experience in residential wiring (multifamily preferred)
Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to collaborate with team members and understand technical documents
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
Perform rough and finish wiring for apartments and housing units
Troubleshoot electrical issues and deliver effective solutions
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts
Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local codes
Work closely with team members to keep projects on schedule
