Licensed Electrician - Service and Sales Tech

About The Position
This is a service technician + sales hybrid role where you will run residential service calls, diagnose issues, educate customers, and offer repair, upgrade, or replacement solutions. You will own the job from start to finish, building trust and closing work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable with sales when it benefits the customer.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Electrical License (Wireman, Journeyman, or Master) OR eligible to test
- 2+ years residential experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutions
- Not afraid to sell when it's the right thing for the customer
- Self-motivated
- On time. Always. (No exceptions here)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Full-time employment
- 40 to 50 hours work
- Experienced (2) years
Nice To Haves
- 4+ years total electrical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
- Install and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devices
- Present repair and upgrade options to homeowners (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)
- Educate customers so they can confidently move forward
- Close approved work and complete jobs same-day when possible
- Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
