We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician & HVAC Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and HVAC systems in support of facility and operational needs. This role requires strong technical knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Certified/Licensed Electrician awarded by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Electricista certificado/licencia otorgado por el Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC equipment, motors, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, motors, controls, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC and electrical equipment according to applicable codes and regulations.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Support facility operations to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
