DOE Per Diem: $50/day for 50-70 miles from job site; $150/day for over 70 miles from job site Location: Taylor, TX Position Type: Full-Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Requirements

  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) preferred.
  • Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Prior work on semiconductor construction projects or tool installation clients.
  • Understanding of cleanroom protocols and commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical installation crews; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
  • Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards; promote safe work practices.
  • Support installation of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, including power, controls, and grounding.
  • Verify work quality and compliance with drawings, specifications, and client standards.
  • Track and maintain accurate records for crew hours, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and field issues to the General Foreman or Superintendent.
  • Assist with inspections, safety audits, commissioning activities, and resolve minor field-level issues.
