About The Position

Woodbury Smiles Dentistry is seeking a dental hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients, and support healthier smiles as part of PDS Health. The role focuses on delivering a patient-centered experience, addressing each patient’s needs and concerns, and contributing to a collaborative team committed to patient care, professional growth, and excellence. The hygienist will work in alignment with the Owner Dentist’s clinical culture and PDS Health’s values.

Requirements

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist’s clinical culture.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Help ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Follow company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
