About The Position

Join a clinician-centered multidisciplinary team of counselors, social workers, and psychologists in Columbia, MD and be part of our growth as we expand throughout the Mid-Atlantic region! At Ellie Mental Health in Columbia, we are clinician-centered, taking care of our staff so that they can provide excellent care for their clients. Each clinician has access to flexible scheduling, health insurance, PTO, weekly case consultation groups, free CEUs, and monthly team activities focused on clinician well-being. Strong candidates will bring a sense of humor, thrive in collaborative team environments rather than working alone, and have a demonstrated track record of working well with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. We have immediate, full-time openings for MD licensed counselors (LPC), social workers (LISW, LICSW), and psychologists (LP). Founded in 2015 by two clinicians in Minnesota, Ellie strives to remove many of the daily obstacles and administrative aspects that get in the way of a successful and enjoyable time running your own practice. Ellie prioritizes the clinician’s experience by offering centralized administrative support, excellent compensation, benefits, training, and flexible scheduling. This way our practitioners have more time to focus on what they love – serving clients. We want our people to be happy, because happy therapists do better work and provide better client care!
