Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) to provide clinical support for our mental health programs and services. Requirements
- Masters Degree plus current NJ professional license in good standing (LCSW or LPC)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen
- Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Completion of CSS required assessments, plans & documents with CSS clients
- Provision of clinical services
- Acts as a resource & team member to Case Managers on CSS team
- Adheres to all Medicaid requirements as well as state licensing standards
- Represents Alternatives on various external committees at local, county & state levels
- Participates on a rotation to cover 24/7 COS on-call
