About The Position

MPAC Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) to provide patient-centered care to older adults in a senior care setting. The role is autonomous, with clinicians managing their caseload and schedule while receiving organizational support and avoiding the administrative burden of managing a private-practice back office. The clinician works on-site with residents and their families and serves as an active, lead member of an interdisciplinary team of physicians and nurse practitioners. The position is designed for a 40-hour work week, with most time spent on clinical work and the remainder on documentation and facility correspondence. Duties include conducting initial assessments, providing psychotherapy and ongoing support, completing documentation, and staying current on Medicare Benefit and commercial insurance plans. MPAC describes itself as a diverse, rapidly growing company committed to quality care for older adults and a workplace culture focused on growth, safety, support, and work/life balance. It offers ongoing education through workshops, individual or small-group sessions, and weekly Coding Corner updates.
