Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling (LGSW/LGPC required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and culturally sensitive service delivery.
Strong ability to adapt, manage change, and demonstrate respect for cultural differences.

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of experience in outpatient mental health services for youth or adults preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide school-based mental health services, including workshops, small groups, and classroom interventions.
Deliver Tier II and Tier III supports with a case load of 15-25 of direct care per week.
Manage a culturally responsive caseload, complete assessments, and ensure timely documentation in compliance with agency guidelines.
Work closely with the School Behavioral Health Team and participate in the School Strengthening Workplan.
Communicate progress in bi-weekly meetings with the wellness/mental health team.
Write required reports, attend DBH/DOH meetings as needed, and ensure accurate billing for treatment services.
Organize school-wide activities, including wellness events for families and staff, and support students using organizational resources like counseling or case management.
