Summary: The FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities. Schedule: Flexible schedule based on caseload 16+ hours per week

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling.
  • Massachusetts state license preferred.
  • Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to focus on and assess the clinical needs of clients and design indicated treatment goals and objectives.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses.
  • Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment.
  • Requires acceptable CORI results according to Bridgewell policy.

Responsibilities

  • Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, transfer/discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
  • Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
  • Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
  • Participate in clinical team and/or weekly supervision meetings.
  • Participate in agency Clinical Risk Team Meetings (CRTs) as appropriate/requested.
  • Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain productivity standards as discussed with the supervisor. Will be audited regularly to ensure compliance.
  • Complete Utilization Review documentation follow-up promptly.
  • Facilitate referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate.
  • Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
