The Licensed Clinician – Crisis Services provides advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, stabilization, treatment planning, and clinical oversight across Southeastern Integrated Care's Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) and Mobile Crisis programs. The position is intentionally cross-utilized and may be assigned to BHUC, Mobile Crisis, or both during a shift based on operational needs. As the clinical lead during crisis response, the Licensed Clinician is responsible for diagnostic formulation, determination of medical necessity, clinical decision-making, supervision of non-licensed clinical staff, and disposition planning. Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary Crisis Services team, the Licensed Clinician promotes trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented care while ensuring individuals receive the most appropriate treatment in the least restrictive environment. Evening, overnight, weekend, holiday, rotating, and on-call schedules may be required to support twenty-four-hour crisis response operations.
