About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn, PA. As a Clinician or Behavior Analyst you will provide supports to adult individuals living in Berwyn and surrounding residences in Delaware and Chester counties. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports, participating in the programming of group homes to monitor for therapeutic approaches and high quality of care, and conducting on-site direct observations on a regular basis. The position requires well-developed performance-based feedback skills that support the team process, development of positive behavior support plans based on assessment results, conducting staff training, and providing behavioral consultation. Additional opportunities to work on special projects and research are available.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
  • Relevant PA clinical license (i.e., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavior Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor).
  • Must have strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism and/or mental health diagnoses.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Working with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports.
