Licensed Clinical Therapist
About The Position
HumanWorks Collective is growing and seeking an experienced, client-centered Clinical Therapist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based outpatient therapy and want to be part of a supportive, mission-driven organization. As a Clinical Therapist at HWC, you will provide outpatient mental health services, support clients through individualized treatment, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team focused on whole-person care. Clinical supervision is provided for eligible associate-level clinicians.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold one of the following North Carolina clinical licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC / LCMHC-A (supervision provided)
- Minimum 2+ years of outpatient therapy experience (Experience must include providing billable therapy services, completing assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining clinical documentation.)
- Must meet NC DHHS requirements for outpatient therapy
- Must be eligible for credentialing with NC Medicaid and local MCOs
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work with diverse populations and clinical presentations

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning when needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with NC DHHS and Medicaid/MCO regulations
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate care with internal providers and community partners to support continuity of services
