About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide individual therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds. This role requires maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards, completing timely and accurate clinical documentation, and managing your own schedule with flexibility. You will also participate in occasional team meetings and optional consultations. The position offers a supportive, collaborative team environment with marketing and community outreach handled for you, along with referrals and caseload growth.
Requirements
- Active Washington State license: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD
- Ability to communicate and schedule appointments with clients
Nice To Haves
- EMDR training a plus (not required)
- Perinatal experience a plus (not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative spirit
- Commitment to inclusive, ethical care across diverse populations
