This is an opportunity to lead clinical teams in an acute behavioral health facility serving Larimer County residents experiencing mental health and substance use crises. You will provide hands-on leadership, support staff development, strengthen inpatient workflows, and help ensure clients receive compassionate, inclusive, and timely care. The Clinical Program Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance for staff across acute 24/7 programs, with primary responsibility for clinical staff working in the Behavioral Health Urgent Care and mobile response. In this role, you will support crisis professionals and clinicians, guide program workflow and process improvement, and contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary leadership team. You will also work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations, ensuring services are delivered in an inclusive, equitable, and responsive manner.
