We are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice at Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living. Requirements
- Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
- Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
- Minimum of three years of social work experience is required
- Specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable and take precedence.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a health care setting preferred
- Knowledge of geriatric population preferred
- Knowledge of case management preferred
- Knowledge of dementia preferred
