Requirements

Active Maryland license — LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred
Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health discipline
Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong understanding of social work values, advocacy, equity, and client-centered care
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice

Nice To Haves

LGPC or LCPC candidates may also be considered
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy through secure telehealth
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Develop strengths-based, client-centered treatment plans
Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and care team members
Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our EHR
Partner with families to create sustainable change beyond the therapy session
