About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services to clients across Nevada. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and experience supporting individuals with a range of mental health and psychosocial concerns. Care is delivered with attention to each client’s clinical needs, personal circumstances, available support systems, and access to appropriate resources.
Requirements
- A Master’s in Social Work from a recognized institution.
- Active LCSW licensure in Nevada.
- Previous experience supporting older adult populations.
- Expertise in clinical evaluations and developing effective interventions.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
- Provide counseling and behavioral health support within the scope of LCSW practice
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and respond to changes in clinical or psychosocial needs
- Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other members of the care team
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies, available services, and community resources
- Coordinate referrals and additional support when appropriate
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Follow applicable Nevada licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
