About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of their trusted Indiana-based partners. The role involves conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to patients aged 18 and above with moderate acuity. The LCSW will collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, and case managers, all within a 100% remote setting. The position emphasizes a mission-driven approach to increasing access to high-quality mental health care, supported by comprehensive clinician support and a focus on work-life balance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active Indiana LCSW license required
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
