About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of their trusted Indiana-based partners. This fully remote position requires an Indiana LCSW license and offers a flexible schedule with 40 hours per week, including some evening patient availability. The role involves conducting initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing therapy to patients aged 18+ with moderate acuity. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry, crisis services, and case managers, and will have dedicated administrative time. Iris Telehealth emphasizes expanding access to high-quality mental health care while supporting clinicians with tools, community, and work-life balance.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Active Indiana LCSW license required.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
