About The Position
We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a remote care team providing therapy and clinical support through telehealth. In this position, you will help clients address mental health concerns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward treatment goals with consistent clinical guidance. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and centered on delivering effective care in an accessible virtual environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Montana LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Assess mental health history, symptoms, and current functioning
- Develop and revise treatment plans based on clinical needs
- Keep detailed and compliant documentation for all client interactions
- Track progress and recommend changes to treatment when appropriate
- Educate clients on coping strategies, resources, and support options
