About The Position

An opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time therapy services in a remote telehealth environment. This role focuses on helping clients navigate mental health concerns through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. The day-to-day work is practical and client-centered, with a strong focus on clinical care, continuity, and measurable progress.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual intake appointments and regular therapy sessions
• Assess emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs
• Develop treatment plans and update them based on client progress
• Maintain organized and timely progress notes
• Provide clinically appropriate therapeutic support and interventions
• Address crisis situations according to established procedures
