About The Position

Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join its growing startup. The LCSW provides behavioral health services addressing each client’s individual needs and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including intake interviews, screenings, and evaluations, to determine clients’ mental health and substance use needs.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals, preferences, clinical needs, and progress.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to support comprehensive care and resource utilization.
• Provide crisis intervention, including de-escalation and safety planning, for clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health crises.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources, and encourage their participation in treatment and recovery planning.
