The position offers day-time scheduling options. Salary is $58,000–$103,000 depending on experience and full-time or part-time status. Benefits and paid time off are specified for full-time team members.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including intake interviews, screenings, and evaluations, to determine clients’ mental health and/or substance use needs.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals, preferences, and clinical needs, updating plans to reflect progress and setbacks.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to support comprehensive care and resource utilization.
- Provide crisis intervention, including de-escalation and safety planning, for clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health crises.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources, and encourage active participation in treatment and recovery planning.
