About The Position

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plays a crucial role in providing mental health services and support to individuals and families facing a variety of challenges. Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathy, active listening and the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Knowledge of ethical guidelines and clinical standards in mental health care
  • Strong organizational skills for effective caseload management and documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrated cultural competency
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or community-based organization
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
  • Experience using electronic health records (EHRs)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices
  • Provide individual, group and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans and outcomes
