About The Position

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
Valid LCSW license + 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician.
Comfortable working with diverse populations.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in substance abuse and domestic violence counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality clinical services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy.
Work with a diverse client population affected by substance abuse and domestic violence.
Participate in the development and implementation of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for clients dealing with substance abuse and domestic violence.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning discussions.
Supervise pre-licensed clinical staff.
Engage in continuous professional development.
