About The Position

Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client supporting a federal program in hiring an independently Licensed Behavioral Health professional to provide administrative psychological health screenings and case management for military personnel in Colorado. The Work Conduct behavioral health and biopsychosocial screenings Identify appropriate community, military, and local resources Provide case management and maintain accurate documentation Prepare outreach materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters) Deliver briefings to service members, families, and military leadership Attend required meetings, trainings, and community events Coordinate with regional leads to ensure timely reporting Travel to Reserve Centers 1–2 weekends per month Support program goals of resiliency, readiness, and access to care On‑site/remote schedule: two days at the base and remote work on other days

Requirements

  • Currently hold an independent clinical license in any U.S. state: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCPC, LICSW, or equivalent
  • Earned a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • 7+ years of experience in behavioral health, assessments, or case management
  • U.S. Citizen (required for federal contract work)
  • Experience with: Behavioral health assessments Case management systems and documentation Microsoft Office Suite and online research Telephonic/email‑based support (EAP experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain/maintain: BLS/CPR certification within 30 days NACLC background check (SF‑86) Valid driver’s license and availability for weekend travel
