Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its growing startup. The position offers the opportunity to shape programs, influence processes, and contribute to the organization and the communities it serves. Link emphasizes collaborative, team-based care and a holistic, patient-centered approach tailored to each client's needs and overall well-being. The LCSW conducts behavioral health assessments, develops and updates individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based therapy. The role also includes case coordination, crisis intervention, clinical documentation, and education for clients and families. Daytime scheduling is available. The stated salary range is $58,000–$103,000, depending on experience and whether the position is full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including intake interviews, screenings, and evaluations, to determine clients' mental health and/or substance use needs.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals, preferences, and clinical needs, keeping plans aligned with progress and setbacks.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to support comprehensive care and resource utilization.
- Provide crisis intervention, including de-escalation techniques and safety planning, for clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health crises.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources, and encourage participation in treatment and recovery planning.
