About The Position

This is a full-time, remote/telehealth position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana. The role involves conducting individual therapy sessions via video appointments, managing client cases, and maintaining documentation. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The LCSW will work with clients throughout Louisiana on various concerns, utilizing their clinical assessment and experience to develop and adjust treatment plans. Time between sessions will be allocated for case review, note completion, and preparation.

Requirements

• Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings
• Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care
• Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
• Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate interventions
• Maintain session notes and treatment records in the EHR
• Review client progress and update treatment when necessary
• Complete risk assessments and follow established safety procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Louisiana LCSW requirements
