About The Position
We’re looking for a Kentucky-licensed LCSW to provide individual therapy through telehealth. You’ll maintain a regular client schedule and handle the clinical work associated with an ongoing caseload. The role is well suited to a clinician who values consistency, works well independently, and wants their time centred around client care rather than office-based responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Individual therapy sessions with scheduled clients
- Initial intakes and psychosocial assessments
- Treatment planning based on clinical needs
- Ongoing review of client progress
- Clinical notes and required documentation
- Treatment adjustments when appropriate
- Referrals and care coordination when needed
- Compliance with Kentucky professional and licensing standards
