About The Position
Aviata Health Group is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their team. The role involves working with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a family/team environment, is caring and compassionate, and desires to make a difference in the lives of others while advancing their skills.
Requirements
- Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida.
- A completed masters in social work.
- Participates in background screenings provided by AHCA.

Responsibilities
- Work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
- Provide psychotherapy.
- Be a part of the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
