About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote therapy position serving clients in Indiana. This role is focused on providing professional mental health care through telehealth, including assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. You will work with clients who may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or major life changes. The goal is to provide structured clinical support that helps clients better understand their challenges and make progress over time.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Indiana
Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Comfortable providing care through virtual platforms
Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical documentation standards
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload

Responsibilities

Lead therapy sessions with clients through a secure virtual platform
Complete clinical intakes and review presenting concerns
Identify diagnoses, care needs, and treatment goals
Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods
Keep organized records of sessions, client progress, and treatment updates
Help clients strengthen coping tools, problem-solving skills, and emotional regulation
Follow privacy rules and clinical practice requirements
Assess risk concerns and follow proper safety procedures
