The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW – CWEL Certified) provides trauma-informed clinical services, case management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to young women residing in a transitional living program. This position focuses on helping residents achieve emotional stability, develop independent living skills, address behavioral and mental health concerns, and successfully transition into adulthood through individualized treatment planning and community collaboration. The LCSW works closely with program staff, community partners, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and child welfare agencies to ensure residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care. The CWEL certification supports collaboration with Illinois child welfare agencies and direct service to youth involved in the child welfare system.
